Cookie Policy

Scrapless uses the minimum cookies needed to run the service. No marketing or ad-tracking cookies. Below is the full list.

1. Strictly necessary

These are required for sign-in, security, and the app to function. We don’t ask for consent for these — they can’t be disabled without breaking the service.

• __session (Clerk) — your authenticated session token. Expires when you sign out or the session times out.
• __client_uat (Clerk) — last-active timestamp used for session refresh.
• __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid (Stripe) — set by the Stripe.js library on pages with the Payment Element; used for fraud detection during checkout.

2. Functional

Set by Scrapless to remember your in-app preferences. Cleared by signing out or clearing your browser data.

• scrapless.partsGrid.columns, scrapless.stockGrid.columns, scrapless.linearStockGrid.columns — your column show/hide and ordering preferences for the data grids.

3. Analytics + marketing

We don’t set any. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no LinkedIn Insight, no advertising cookies.

4. Your choices

Modern browsers let you block cookies at the domain or category level. Blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above will break sign-in — you won’t be able to use the service.

5. Changes

If we add any new cookie, especially anything that isn’t strictly necessary, we’ll update this page and add a banner the first time it’s set.
